If you are not satisfied with the initial artwork, we offer up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra charge. We only proceed to printing once you give us the final 'OK.'

2. Photo Quality Assurance

If we receive a photo that we believe will compromise the quality of the final portrait, our team will proactively contact you within 24 hours to request a better image or offer guidance. We guarantee your photo will be handled by artists to ensure the best possible result.

3. Lifetime Print Quality

We use museum-grade archival inks and premium materials. We guarantee that each one of your EverPawtrait print will not fade, warp, or crack for a lifetime.

4. Damage-Free Delivery Guarantee

Your portrait is professionally packaged in secure, reinforced materials by our fulfillment partner. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, we will replace it free of charge. Simply contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

We ship globally! Our process is divided into two key phases: Creation and Shipping.

    5 – 7 Business Days. Includes artistic creation, digital proofing, and your final approval.

  • 2. Printing & Packaging

    2 – 3 Business Days. Professional printing, Framing and secure packaging at our facility.

  • 3. Shipping

    8-14 Days. Time varies by destination. North America: 7 – 14 Days, Europe: 8 - 12 Days, International: 10-18 Days.
